These terms describe the service framework for Global Attest's China document application, notarization, translation, Apostille, legalization, degree verification and related support.

Independent document support

Global Attest is an independent document support provider and is not affiliated with any government authority. Support with a document process does not mean Global Attest issues official certificates, acts as a government office or decides whether a receiving organization accepts a document.

Case assessment and agreed scope

Case eligibility and pricing are confirmed before payment. Requirements vary by city, residence history, document availability, destination and receiving organization. The written case scope should identify the requested services, documents, deliverables and any excluded work before you proceed.

Applicant information and authorization

Supply accurate information and documents that you are entitled to provide. Identify name differences, missing records, deadlines and special receiving-authority requirements during assessment. Third-party records or applications may require the relevant person's authorization. Do not submit fabricated or altered official records.

Pricing and changes

The final price depends on the city, available materials, service scope, notarization, translation, authentication and courier requirements. Refer to Payment Information. Additional or changed work should be explained and confirmed in writing before payment for that work.

Processing and third-party decisions

Authority, university, notary, authentication and delivery processes can affect timing and outcomes. A processing estimate is not an assurance of approval or acceptance. Confirm destination requirements with the receiving organization, including translation and authentication requirements, before relying on a particular document format.

Cancellation and refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. For customer cancellation after payment, 50% of the service fee is refundable before all required materials have been received and the application formally submitted. Once both steps have occurred, customer cancellation is not refundable. For services without formal application submission, the terms confirmed in the written quotation or service agreement apply.
