Got my China police certificate despite missing documents

I needed a police certificate from Shanghai, but I no longer had my old Chinese visa or residence permit copies. All I had was the personal information page of my old passport.

I wasn't sure if it would even be possible to apply with such limited documents.

Finally got my CHSI issue resolved!
